The Fire Chief for Prince Edward County has lifted the municipal burn ban.
Robert Rutter says due to the significant rainfall, with more on the way, burning will be allowed to commence, as long as you follow the rules.
Having fire control, and monitoring your brush burn is vital, and you need to have a permit and activate it.
