Staff Meteorologist Ken McKinley says get ready to bake if you are going to be outside.
A heat warning has been issued for the area.
Temperatures with be in the low 30s all week, and when you add the humidity it will be high 30s or low 40s.
Air quality could make it hard to breathe if you are outside and in the sun.
Cooling centres will be open in the area, and you are encouraged to drink lots of water, and find shade, or better yet stay in side.
Slight relief is expected by the weekend, when the highs are expected to be around 28.
