Quinte Health Care will again pay performance bonuses ranging from between 3% and 5% to its senior management team.
President and CEO Mary Clare Egberts will receive an extra $16,308 on top of her $351,244 salary.
Chief of Staff Dr. Colin MacPherson will get a bonus of $8,698 added to his $187,350 annual pay.
Vice Presidents Brad Harrington, Jeff Hohenkerk, and Carol Smith Romeril will each see an extra $5,753 added to their
$206,505 salaries.
And Vice President Susan Rowe’s bonus will total $4,727 on top of annual $169,678 pay.
Bonus payouts to senior management total $46,991.
Pay for performance bonuses are offered to senior hospital executives if improvements are made to meet provincial government medical care and cost efficiencies targets.
