Central Hastings OPP have charged a Marmora and Lake man with impaired driving after a collision on the weekend.
Police say shortly after midnight on Sunday, officers responded to Clemenger Road in Marmora and Lake for a single vehicle accident.
Benjamin Fluke was charged with two counts of impaired operation.
The 36-year-old was released and will appear in court in Belleville later this month.
