A Belleville man is facing a slew of charges related to a pair of break and enters.
Around 4 a.m. Saturday morning, police attended a call on the south west side of Belleville for an unwanted person.
Officers say they recognized a man who was also the focus of an earlier break-in to a home the day prior.
Police arrested and charged 49-year-old Terry Douglas Cheverie.
He has been charged with breaking and entering a dwelling house, mischief – under five thousand dollars, being unlawfully in a dwelling house, and two counts of failing to comply with probation orders.
Cheverie has been released with a July 9 court date to answer to the charges.
