Belleville Police have made another seizure of crystal meth in the east end of the city.
Members of the Street Crime Unit, Emergency Response Team and OPP searched the suspect property on Wednesday and found 40 grams of the drug, with a street value of $4,000, along with drug paraphernalia, cell phones and almost $400 cash.
Forty-year-old Nicholas O’Doherty and 40-year-old Chris Thibault are both charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime, while O’Doherty was also charged with three counts of breaching probation.
O’Doherty will be in court today, while Thibeault was released with a court date in March.
