Loyalist College will show off some major improvements to its main building tomorrow.
College officials are set to unveil the results of a $3.2 million investment in the third floor of the Kente Building, to create an innovative, experiential learning space that features simulation centres, high-tech classrooms and state-of-the-art spaces for students.
The labs and classrooms will be primarily used by students in the School of Health and Human Studies.
$1.6 million in funding was given to the college by the Federal Government, with the province chipping in another $0.8 million and the college matching that amount.
The official opening ceremony will take place tomorrow afternoon, in room 3N27, starting at 2:00 p.m.
