The CEO of the Belleville Chamber of Commerce is giving the province a passing grade when it comes to the fall economic statement released this week.
Jill Raycroft says if they had to give the province a grade, it would be a B or B+.
Raycroft says they were happy with the lower corporate tax rate, but need more skilled labour, and employable people to grow the local economy.
She says economic development is critical for local and provincial success.
