Police have charged one person in connection with a raid at a Division Street address in Picton.
Prince Edward County OPP report that the morning of October 10 the OPP, East Region Community Street Crime Unit, Emergency Response Team and OPP canine unit executed a search warrant.
The execution of the warrant resulted in the seizure of:
- Two dime bags containing a small amount of white substance suspected to be cocaine.
- Ziploc bag containing a small amount of white substance suspected to be cocaine
- one blue tube in a laundry basket with dime bag containing suspected methamphetamine.
- Two functioning digital scales.
- Packaging Material (assortment of dime bags)
Four adults and three youths were arrested, and detained during the search, but six were released unconditionally.
Police have charged 19-year-old Brandon Ubdegrove of Prince Edward County with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of the sale of cannabis to an individual under 18 years of age.
Ubdegrove was released and will appear in court on December 4.
