A 32-year-old from Napanee has been charged after OPP say they were spotted taking photos of a crash, while driving, earlier this week.
The initial crash happened at the intersection of Thomas Street and Belleville Road, on the afternoon of October 15, when a G2 driver failed to yield to an oncoming vehicle as it turned south.
The young driver was charged with failing to yield.
While police were investigating, a driver going by was seen taking a picture of the crash and was pulled over.
Randi Proulx is charged with driving with a hand held communication device and is facing a $615 fine and three day licence suspension if convicted.
