A 30-year-old Napanee area man is facing charges after a collision on Sunday morning.
Lennox and Addington OPP report an officer attempted to stop a speeding vehicle around 4 a.m.
The driver ended up putting his car into the ditch on County Road 41.
Robert Eric Lee is facing charges of racing a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle while impaired.
There were no injuries as a result of the collision.
Lee had his licence suspended for seven days and will appear in Napanee court at a later date.
