Lennox and Addington OPP seized pot plants from a home in Greater Napanee earlier this week.
Officers were called to a home in Greater Napanee on Wednesday evening for another matter and spotted numerous cannabis plants growing on the property.
Police left the accused with four plants and seized the remainder.
A 35-year-old man from Greater Napanee is charged with possession of more than four cannabis plants and will appear in court next month.
