Two Quinte West men are facing impaired driving charges according to Quinte West OPP.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on Mill Street on Frankford on Saturday around 11 p.m. and found 27-year-old Evan Belanger was driving without a valid permit.
He was also charged with impaired driving and driving with an open container of liquor.
This morning (Monday) around 3:15 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on County Road 64 and arrested 29-year-old Justin Samis-Prentice.
He is facing impaired driving, refusing to comply with a demand and novice driver refusing to provide a breath sample charges.
They will both appear in court next month and have had their licences suspended for 90 days.
