Belleville’s newest doctor is no longer accepting patient forms.
Dr. David Ademidun was set to accept new patient forms for two weeks beginning Monday but by 3 p.m. was completely out of forms.
A notice from the city states ” Forms will no longer be distributed at the office for the reminder of the week as initially intended.”
The office was set to accept new patient forms this week and next.
Reports to Quinte News stated lineups for forms began at 10 a.m. and stretched down Dundas Street while people waited to get a patient form.
Additional reports also state people from as far away as Napanee made the trek to Belleville to obtain a family physician.
Dr. Ademidun will begin his practice next month.
