A Quebec man is facing multiple charges after he spun out in front of an OPP officer on the weekend.
A Lennox and Addington OPP officer was patrolling the 401 on the weekend when a car spun out and entered the ditch near Napanee.
Xavier Vien-Lalanne is facing impaired driving charges, possession of cocaine, driving with cannabis readily available, driving with an open container of liquor, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and refusal to provide a breath sample.
The 38-year-old will appear in Napanee court next month.
