A vehicle that was reported stolen in Campbellford on Friday was returned to the owner 72 hours later, minus a few items.
Northumberland OPP began a theft investigation after a 2019 Volkswagon Jetta was reported stolen on Friday morning from a Front Street North residence.
The vehicle was found in the back parking lot of the LCBO on Front Street South on Monday morning around 11 a.m.
Police say bank cards and credit cards were reported as missing items.
The OPP are asking for the public’s help in this investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crimestoppers.
