There was a fatal collision on Highway 7 in the Peterborough area last night (Monday).
Peterborough County OPP report that there was a collision between a tractor trailer and a car after the car crossed the centre line around 10 o’clock.
The driver of the car, 35-year-old Rachelle Tamman of Port Perry was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Highway 7 was closed for some time overnight for an investigation.
