A Kingston man will appear in Napanee court at a later date after he was arrested on the weekend.
Lennox and Addington OPP responded on Saturday morning to a complaint from Kingston Police.
Officers located the suspect vehicle in Napanee and the driver, 33-year-old Daniel Grant Bateman was taken into custody.
He is facing dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failure to comply with a demand, flight from a peace officer, operation while prohibited, operation while impaired, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 charges.
He was held in custody.
