A 22-year-old man is facing mischief and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle charges according to the OPP.
Lennox and Addington OPP responded to reports of an erratic driver on Sunday morning around 11 a.m. in the area of South Shore Road.
The driver, Kyle Harrigan of Kingston, was located in a vehicle following several calls to police.
He will appear in court in Napanee at a later date.
