We have an update regarding Wednesday’s two-vehicle accident that snarled traffic in the west end of town.
Belleville Police say the accident occurred around 3:47 p.m. and led to two lanes being closed while police investigated.
One person was transported to hospital with minor injuries and the other driver was charged with failing to yield to traffic.
Both lanes were reopened by 4:30 p.m.
