A planned power outage in Belleville affecting Albion Street, south of Station Street is expected to last until mid-afternoon.
Crews are on site and work is supposed to wrap up by 3:30.
Elexicon Energy, formerly Veridian, says less than 50 people are affected by the outage which began at 1 p.m.
