A section of County Road 2 is closed near Odessa after a fatal crash early this afternoon.
Lennox and Addington OPP say the incident involved three vehicles and happened just after noon.
Investigators say one driver was pronounced dead at the scene, another was taken to hospital to be treated for unspecified injuries and the third was not hurt.
County Road 2 is currently closed between Fairbanks Street and Neil Road, with officers directing traffic onto detour routes at the scene.
The name of the person killed is being withheld until the family is notified and OPP are asking anyone who might have seen the crash to contact them or Crimestoppers.
