Belleville Police have charged a 36-year-old local man following a short chase this morning.
Early this morning in the area of Earl Street, officers were involved in a short pursuit before making a traffic stop.
The man is now facing several traffic offences including driving while under suspension, failure to stop for police and careless driving.
He’ll appear in court in June to face the charges.
