There was an ugly scene in Belleville’s east end yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.
City police report a 12-year-old boy was knocked to the ground while riding his scooter home from school around 2:45 in the area of MacDonald Avenue and Eastwood Park Drive.
Two males held the boy down while a third destroyed the scooter.
The suspects ran away. They are believed to be students at a nearby high school.
