And now a third local pair are emerging at the Provincial figure skating level.
13 year old Marlow Slatter of Belleville and partner Wesley Lockwood of Kingston placed 7th in the Juvenile Ice Dance division at the Skate Ontario Provincial Championships in Mississauga.
This duo has skated together less than 10 months.
Slatter is a student at Our Lady of Fatima School in Belleville.
