A federal offender who is known to frequent the Peterborough, Belleville and Campbellford areas is wanted for breaching his release.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Stephen Dunkley, who is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
Dunkley is described as a Caucasian male, 34 years of age, 6’2″, 196 lbs. with a shaved head and brown eyes.
He is serving a two year sentence for theft over $5,000, possession of stolen property over $5,000, break and enter with intent and assault.
