She’s described as young, vibrant, enthusiastic and a highly valued member of Quinte Health Care’s medical staff.
Recreation Therapist Jamie Robertson was recognized by QHC’s Board of Directors today (Tuesday) at a board meeting in Picton.
Robertson splits her work between Trenton, Belleville, and Picton hospitals and engages patients in activities in music, sports, games,
and crafts to enhance patients’ overall quality of life.
Recreation Therapists work with patients in acute, rehabilitation, complex continuing care, and mental health units.
Lisa Mowbray, Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Site Lead says “Jamie is incredibly engaging and patients and staff alike always look forward to her visits.”
