A Kingston man has been arrested after an incident at a gas station in Odessa on Halloween.
Officers were called to the scene just before 1:00 p.m., where a man was reportedly yelling and acting strangely outside of his vehicle.
He was given a field sobriety test and performed poorly during the physical coordination tests and was arrested for care or control of a vehicle while impaired by a drug.
Police say further tests at the Loyalist Detachment showed that he was impaired by a drug and a sample was sent to the Centre of Forensic Sciences to determine what the drug was.
Along with the impaired charge, 42-year-old Adam Burton was also charged with possession of more than 30 grams of cannabis, as officers found 734 grams of marijuana in the car.
