It was a wild finish in Cobourg last night with 4 goals in the final six minutes however the Wellington Dukes came up one short.
The Cougars edged Wellington 4-3 with the winning goal scored at 16:32 of the third which actually made the score 4-1 Cobourg. Tyson Gilmour and Ben Woodhouse would bring Wellington back to within one before time ran out. Ben Roger had the other Dukes goal. Wellington outshot Cobourg 31-22.
Wellington is in Lindsay Friday night then host Burlington on Sunday afternoon.
