The Trenton Golden Hawks finished a wicked stretch of 4 games in 5 days with a 4-1 loss in Cobourg.
Steven Elliott scored his 5th of the season but that was all the offence Trenton could muster despite outshooting Cobourg 28-25.
Trenton’s record now stands at 8-5-3. They will host the Wellington Dukes on Friday night at the Dunc McDonald Community Gardens at 7:30. This will be the second meeting in the “Battle of Quinte”. The first ended in a 3-3 tie.
