A 23 year-old Centre Hastings man has been charged after a crash in Madoc Township this past Friday evening.
OPP were called to the scene on Tannery Road, where a pick up truck had gone into a ditch.
Investigators say the man driving had been refused service at the Madoc Beer Store earlier in the evening and was given a sobriety test.
Carter Phelps was then charged with impaired driving.
He was handed a 90 day drivers licence suspension and his truck was impounded for a week.
He will a have a court date in Belleville in early November.
