The big question in the Quinte area employment world is not where are the jobs but who will fill them?
Quinte Economic Development Commission Executive Director Chris King told the Commission Tuesday that the problem has moved from job creation to finding workers for more and more jobs that are ready for them.
King says its an issue of finding people to fill the available positions.
And many new technologies come in to play as well.

Commission Chair Ross Rae told the meeting, “the Quinte area business community is running on all cylinders and the only glitch is the low number of people available for the jobs.”
