Belleville Police say a crash closed the intersection of Bell Boulevard and Sidney Street for a little over an hour today.
The two-vehicle crash happened just after noon and police spokesman Rene Aubertin says one person was taken to hospital, with minor injuries.
One of the vehicles fled the scene, but was located a short time later and a 24 year old Belleville woman was charged with careless driving causing bodily harm, failing to remain at the scene of an accident, careless driving, and driving without a license.
The intersection was cleared around 1:15 p.m.
