At its final meeting before the October election, Quinte West City Council and members of the public, were given an update on the 2018 municipal election process.
Quinte West residents will be able to vote in one of three ways; online as of Monday October 1, during advance polls on Saturday October 13, or on election day Monday October 22.
Clerk Kevin Heath says voters should be getting their notification letters in the mail within the next week.
Heath says, the city will go ahead again with online voting, after approving it back in 2014 and that the process is simple and secure.
Heath adds that if you don’t get your voter information card by the end of the month, you should contact city hall.
