It was a hot night of stock car racing at Brighton Speedway with a familiar car taking the checkered flag in the late model feature.
Steve Baldwin of Trenton earned his third win of the year after pacing all 30 laps. Series leader Charlie Sandercock placed third.
Adam Whaley of Frankford took the lead on the 14th lap to win the Canadian Modified division. That creates a tight 3 way race for the points lead with Whaley now within 100 points of Andrew Hennessey and Kraig Handley.
Other winners at Brighton include Austin Reid of Brighton in the Thunder Stocks race, Adam Flieler from Quinte West in the Comp 4 Triple Crown, Tristan LeClair in the 12 lap Vantastics, and Nate Phillips Jr. of Trenton and Del MacGregor of Brighton in the Stingers class.
