A Trent Hills man is facing weapons charges after an incident on Thursday.
Northumberland OPP were called to the Hastings area after a man was reportedly threatening people with a knife.
The suspect drove off in a silver sedan as police arrived, but officers conducted a high risk take down shortly after and arrested 57-year-old John Clark.
He’s charged with two counts of uttering threats and one count each of possession of a weapon, unauthorized possession of a firearm, assault with a weapon, causing a disturbance and drug possession.
He was held for a bail hearing in Cobourg.
