It was a hot summer night for the mid season championship points battle at Brighton Speedway.
Trenton drivers led the way with Kyle Sopaz taking the lead on the 26th lap to earn his first win of the season in the Late Model Division.
Adam Naylor of Trenton was a winner in his debut in the Canadian Modified Division. And Doug Anderson, also of Trenton took the checkered flag in the Thunder Stock Division for the third time this season.
In the Comp 3 division, Tyler French of Belleville led from the green flag to the finish line for his first victory of the year.
The half way point was a lucky one for both Quinte Septic Stinger feature winners Saturday night. Pole sitter James Harrington snagged the lead on lap 7 to take his first checkered flag of the season in the Quinte Septic Jr. Stinger 12-lap feature. Jim Kotsilidis scored his first season win in the Quinte Septic Sr. Stinger 12-lap race.
