Hundreds of cyclists are expected to take part in an event next month aimed at raising money for Multiple Sclerosis research, programs and services.
The Prince Edward County PwC MS Bike goes July 8, starting at the Prince Edward Community Centre in Picton and taking riders along either 40 km or 75 km routes.
Money raised will help fund research into MS causes and treatments, support programs for people affected by MS to help them cope and lobbying for more flexible income and employment supports for people with the disease.
The PEC ride is one of a handful across Ontario, which will see thousands of people take part and millions of dollars raised.
