There was a weapons call at a north end Belleville business Wednesday afternoon.
Just after 3 o’clock, city police were called to a business on Bell Boulevard when it was reported a man had brandished a knife at store security.
The man had previously been banned from the property.
A 55-year-old man was arrested and charged with weapons dangerous. A knife was seized.
There were no injuries. The suspect appears in court July 26.
