A 21-year-old woman has been arrested after police and EMS were called to the Frankford Tourist Park early yesterday morning.
Around 6:30 a.m. OPP were notified of a woman in distress wandering around the park.
They arrived to find Dessiree Elizabeth Kemp and have charged her with possession of a controlled substance.
Investigators didn’t say what that substance was.
Kemp was released on a promise to appear in Belleville court on July 9.
Elsewhere, a Marmora man has been charged after a break-in and theft at a home on Milk Run Road yesterday.
Police were called around 1:30 p.m. after the home owner saw a man taking items from the home and driving away.
Officers located 43-year-old Jason McBeth and charged him with break and enter, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, having invalid licence plates and possession of marijuana.
He has a bail hearing in Belleville today.
