Two major road rehabilitation projects received the go ahead in Prince Edward County.
The project for County Road 1 was approved at the Committee of the Whole meeting on Thursday at Shire Hall to Fidelity Engineering and Construction Inc. at a cost of $882,357.42.
Those in chambers also approved the Wilson Road rehabilitation project to Tim Donaldson Excavating Ltd. for $959,848.36.
This project will finish the work on Wilson Road started last year and will go all the way to Hwy. 62.
Both projects will need to be approved by council at their May 22 meeting.
