Plans have yet to be approved, but according to the developers, there has been a lot of interest in a retail/commercial/condominium project proposed for downtown Belleville.
Representatives with FairTradeWorks say hundreds of people have already expressed interest in attending a launch and presale event at the Empire Theatre on Thursday, March 22.
The company is planning a six-storey building to be known as The Pinnacle, at the site where the Hotel Quinte once stood.
The ground floor would be commercial, with the five above holding 110 well appointed condominiums ranging from studios to two bedrooms.
