There’s a large job fair coming up next week for people in the western part of our listening area, looking for new work, or a job change.
Northumberland County is hosting the event at the Cobourg Lions Community Centre on Wednesday March 7, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., featuring 25 organizations looking to hire workers.
The job fair will showcase employers with current or upcoming openings in sectors like recreation, resort and spa, healthcare, manufacturing, food service, transportation, retail and landscaping and construction.
If you’re interested in attending make sure to bring along a resume and dress in interview-appropriate attire.
