The dates have been set for the first round of the Ontario Junior Hockey League’s Buckland Cup Playoffs.
The Wellington Dukes have the number two seed and will play the number seven Pickering Panthers, with the best-of-seven series beginning Friday at the Duke Dome.
Meanwhile, the Trenton Golden Hawks have fallen down the standings, holding a rare number eight seed and will have the tough task of facing the number one seeded Aurora Tigers, also starting on Friday.
Full playoff dates are as follows, with broadcast dates on 800 AM CJBQ to be determined.
