Six members of the Quinte Blades Speed Skating Club were in Brockville for the Eastern Regional Meet.
Eight-year-old Annabella Finnan of Trenton was competing for the first time and finished with a third place and two 4ths.
Paul Pickard skated to a season best time in the 1000 metre final and finished third overall.
Brian Hoffman finished the day with four personal bests. Trent Sproule had three while Carson Karja and Kevin Hoffman had one each.
