A driver has been charged in a two-vehicle collision on Shannonville Road in the Tyendinaga Township.
Napanee OPP responded to the crash just after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Through an investigation, officers determined a Silver Mustang was travelling northbound on Shannonville Rd when it entered the southbound lane in an attempt to pass a farm tractor. The Silver Mustang then collided with a southbound Red Chevrolet Cruz resulting in a head on collision.
Three people were involved in the collision with the two cars and all three were taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Steven Popazzi has been charged with careless driving.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Napanee OPP or Crime Stoppers.
