Loyalist College President Dr. Ann Marie Vaughan is very excited about the next 12 months.
One of the big changes is making the school more accessible and available to students.
She says the school will continue to grow its brand in the next year to make Loyalist a destination college.
2018 will also be a year of major steps forward at Loyalist College.
One of the biggest has to do with legalizing marijuana in July and what they will be doing at their applied research lab.
She says they are the only college with approval from Health Canada for this kind of work.
