The former Royal Bank of Canada in downtown Belleville has a new owner.
Quinte News has learned that the building has been sold to a numbered company, which is in the Quinte region.
Nothing else has been released about the owner, except that they are committed to growing business in the downtown.
The building sold for about $370,000.
Realtor Joe Shunock says they have taken several clients on a tour of the building, including one which makes craft beer.
The downtown RBC closed in March and merged with the North Front Street branch.
