Odessa man charged
We have an update for you on a story from earlier this week.
Last Sunday evening, an erratic driver had sped away from police officers in the east end of Belleville, driving into oncoming traffic to avoid being pulled over.
Police called off the pursuit quickly out of public safety concerns and issued a warrant for his arrest.
With the help of Frontenac OPP, Belleville police arrested a 36-year-old Odessa man Saturday and held him in custody for a show cause hearing Monday.
