Yesterday, Belleville police dealt with 13 minor collisions because of the weather.
Meanwhile last night, city police arrested 3 people for being too drunk to look after themselves.
And, Belleville officers checked 75 vehicles for drinking drivers. One was given a 3 day license
suspension.
